In case you didn’t know already… Heather and I are HUGE San Francisco Giants fans! With the NHL season closing out with a big bang (Go KINGS!) and NBA’s season coming to an end here, shortly, I thought I would show a little love to our great American Past-Time. The following photo was taken by ‘yours truly’ about 3 years ago in Central Park, NYC. We happened to come across a city league softball game and I snapped this through the chain-link backstop. I LOVE this photo! It still frequents my Mac’s desktop background from time to time. ;)
Also… speaking of baseball… if you are an MLB fan like we are, I would highly recommend checking out MLB.TV! It may be a little more useful to us since we live in LA and have no other way of watching the local SF Giants broadcasts. However… it still rocks even if you’re local! I can watch any MLB game LIVE via PC/Mac, iPad, game console, phone… you name it! When we are actually AT HOME (a rarity these days) I watch the Giants via Playstation’s MLB.TV app. So cool!… and in HD too!! Otherwise I can tune into the local radio broadcast via my phone, when I’m on the road, and listen to the guys at KNBR San Francisco call the game. So, if you’re looking for a way to keep up with your team… GO GET IT! You’ll love it!
